School Management Information System (MIS)

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the School Management Information System (MIS) (“the System,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provided by SasaTech. By accessing or using the System, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the System.
The System is designed to provide comprehensive school management solutions including student records, academic management, financial operations, communication tools, and administrative functions for educational institutions in Kenya and beyond.
2. Definitions
“School” refers to any educational institution that subscribes to and uses the System.
“User” refers to any individual authorized to access the System, including administrators, teachers, students, parents, and other school personnel.
“Data” refers to any information entered, stored, or processed through the System, including but not limited to student records, academic data, financial information, and communication content.
“Services” refers to all features, modules, and functionalities provided by the System.
3. System Access and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- Schools must complete a registration process to access the System
- All user accounts must be created by authorized school administrators
- Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Each user must have a unique email address and phone number
3.2 Access Credentials
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials
- Passwords must meet minimum security requirements (8+ characters, mixed case, numbers, symbols)
- Users must not share their credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Immediate notification required if credentials are compromised
